special eye conditions such as Keratoconus, Astigmatism, Presbyopia(difficulty focusing on close objects), dry eye, GPC (Giant Papillary Conjunctivitis), or post refractive surgery
require a contact lens fitter who specializes in hard-to-fit cases.
Dr. Adler has been fitting hard-to-fit patients in contact lenses for over 40 years. He has the experience and equipment necessary to fit the most challenging cases. Dr. Adler takes a special interest in the challenges of fitting patients whose needs fall outside the bounds of normal contact lens wearers.
Because of his experience, patience, and dedication, in many cases Dr. Adler is able to fit patients that were previously not able to be fitted.
Adler Eye Associates maintains comprehensive diagnostic fittings sets of soft, rigid, scleral, and hybrid lenses from all major contact lens manufacturers. State of the art equipment, like the Medmont Corneal Topographer, gives Dr. Adler the means to fit the most challenging cases.
