CLINICAL TRAINING

Multiple clinical rotations during 4th year of optometry school: cornea/contact lenses at West Palm Beach, FL; primary eye care and ocular disease at Huntington VAMC, Hunting, WV; pediatric eye care at Illinois Eye Institute; anterior segment pathology at Omni Eye Specialists in Baltimore, MD; one year residency in ocular disease at Huntington VAMC in Huntington, WV.

PERSONAL / PROFESSIONAL

Dr. Prajapati was born in India, but has lived and grown up in North Carolina most of his life. He enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. He also enjoys watching Carolina football and basketball games and traveling with his family. Doctor Prajapati has a close personal and professional relationship with Dr. Adler as the two of them have known each other for over 13 years.
After completing his residency, Dr. Prajapati joined TLC Laser Eye Centers September 2004 as their Clinical Director in Raleigh, NC. This is a specialty area of eye care in which he has gained immense dry eye and corneal refractive surgery experience over the past 4 years.
